Former great all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi has backed calls for Imad Wasim to be part of the World Cup team, arguing that spinners may be effective with the new ball if fast bowlers are struggling.
Former Pakistan captain Shahid Khan Afridi has revealed the names of the best 15 players who he thinks should be a part of the squad for next month’s World Cup.
In an interview, he named a few players who had not been part of the team for some time, especially Imad Wasim, who can do it all, fast bowler Hassan Ali, and Arshad Iqbal, about whom Afridi said that he was the new can be useful with the ball.
